Need to cancel? Move fast.

If your order has not been fulfilled yet, we may be able to help. Once an order has shipped, it is already in the carrier system and POP cannot cancel it, stop it, pull it back, or reroute it.

The Main Rule

If it has not shipped yet, ask us now.

Orders can move fast, especially during summer, sale events, boat show season, trade show batches, and restock windows. If you need to cancel, contact POP right away with your order number.

Before fulfillment If your order has not been fulfilled yet, cancellation may be available.
Once fulfilled If your order has already been fulfilled, cancellation is no longer available.
Once shipped If tracking has been created or the package is with the carrier, POP cannot cancel, stop, pull back, or reroute the shipment.
After delivery If the order has already arrived, review the Refund Policy to see if the item may qualify for return.

Order Types

In-stock, pre-order, back order, show order: status decides what happens.

The same basic rule applies across the board. If the order has not been fulfilled, contact POP right away. If the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer available.

In-Stock Orders

In-stock orders can move quickly. Email or call right away if you need to cancel before fulfillment.

Pre-Orders

Paid pre-orders may be canceled before fulfillment. Once fulfilled, cancellation is no longer available.

Back Orders

Back orders may be canceled before fulfillment if inventory has not been allocated, packed, or shipped.

Trade Show Orders

Show orders may be processed in batches. Contact POP quickly with your order number if timing changes.

Large Item Orders

Big gear needs fast communication.

Boats, motors, docks, chairs, bundles, and oversized packages may involve staging, freight, carrier pickup, warehouse handling, trade show batches, incoming inventory, or manufacturer timing. Once these orders move into fulfillment or shipping, cancellation may no longer be available.

Boats

BattleBoat and BattleCat orders can involve larger shipment handling. If you need to cancel, contact POP before the order is fulfilled or shipped.

Motors

Motor and power-related orders may involve manufacturer handling, battery rules, freight timing, or special shipment requirements.

Docks and Chairs

Docks, chairs, bundles, and oversized packages may move through larger-item fulfillment. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer available.

How To Request Cancellation

Send the order number. Do it before the order ships.

A cancellation request is not confirmed until POP replies and confirms the order was canceled. If the order has already been fulfilled or shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Include your order number, full name, email used at checkout, and the product you ordered.

POP Checks Status

The team checks whether the order is unfulfilled, fulfilled, packed, shipped, or already with the carrier.

Confirmation

If cancellation is still possible, POP will confirm. If not, the refund or shipping policy may apply.

Already Shipped?

Once it is with the carrier, it is out of our hands.

Once an order has shipped, POP cannot cancel the order, stop the package, pull it back, or guarantee a reroute. At that point, the carrier controls the shipment movement.

If you no longer want the item after delivery, review the Returns and Refunds page to see whether the product may qualify for return.

After shipping

  • The order cannot be canceled.
  • The package cannot be pulled back by POP.
  • Carrier delays are not cancellation grounds once shipped.
  • Refused packages may still be subject to shipping, return, and handling costs.
  • Eligible returns must follow the POP Returns and Refunds page.

Cancellation requests are time-sensitive. Calling or emailing during business hours gives the team the best chance to check the order before it moves into fulfillment or shipping.

Quick answers before you ask us to cancel.

Can I cancel my POP Board Co order?

You may request cancellation if the order has not been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes, you may request cancellation of a paid pre-order if it has not yet been fulfilled.

Can I cancel a back order?

You may request cancellation of a back order if it has not yet been fulfilled, packed, or shipped.

Can I cancel a trade show order?

You may request cancellation if the trade show order has not yet been fulfilled. Some show orders are processed in batches, so contact POP quickly.

Can I cancel a boat or motor order?

You may request cancellation before fulfillment. Once a boat, motor, battery, or large-item order has moved into fulfillment or shipping, cancellation may no longer be available.

What if my order already shipped?

Once your order has shipped, POP cannot cancel it, stop it, pull it back, or guarantee a reroute. Review the Refund Policy for eligible return options after delivery.

When is POP open?

POP Board Co is open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM. Saturday and Sunday are closed.

Is my cancellation confirmed once I email or call?

No. Your cancellation is only confirmed once POP replies and confirms the order was canceled.
