Compare the 12' Battle Boat and 12' Battle Cat featured above. Both list a 20 HP maximum and a 15-inch transom. Those figures make the short-shaft F15 a configuration to evaluate, not an automatic fit approval. Check your exact boat, motor weight, mounting requirements, and total load.
Do not choose shaft length around a starting feature. Match the shaft to the boat's required installation first. If the starting option you want is not offered in the shaft your boat needs, ask POP about the available alternatives.
No. The F15 described in Yamaha's linked specifications uses a carburetor. Do not apply the EFI specifications of a different Yamaha horsepower model to this motor.
The Rover boats shown here are separate products. Ask POP to confirm the selected motor's package contents, including the propeller, fuel tank and hose, starting-battery requirements, and any rigging needed. Do not assume an accessory is included because it appears in a lifestyle image.
